Job and Company fairs
Job fairs, trade fairs and conferences are also great places to reach out to prospective employers.
This is where companies showcase what they do at stands and in presentations. Their stands are usually staffed with a lot of representatives from various departments of the company.
The Career Center does not organize career fairs by itsself. The following fairs are held by student organizations (information and bookings see on the linked pages):

Information and networking event where academic researchers meet life science companies, consulting firms and entrepreneurs.
Kontaktparty des VIS
The Kontaktparty is offering a forum for employers and potential future employees in the area of computer science to get in touch and inform about as well as negotiate career and internship opportunities.

Mindphair is a young and unique job fair for physics and mathematics students and PhD students at ETH Zürich organised by VMP. Mindphairs aim at bringing together most interesting employers and brilliant minds.

The Polymesse, with over 140 participating companies, is among one of the largest recruitment events in Switzerland. Companies have the possibility to present themselves during three days to over 10'000 students, as well as more than 2'000 Ph.D. students and more than 1'000 graduates of the ETH Zürich.
Kontakttreffen H?nggerberg
The Kontakttreffen KTH serves companies and students in Civil-?, Environmental-?, and Geomatic Engineering as a linking platform. Companies can present themselves and students can approach representatives to find out more about job opportunites and internships.
VIScon
VIScon is an event for everyone who wants to learn, get inspired or network in the fields of Computer Science, Engineering and Entrepreneurship.
